Chief Financial Officer, Tolleson Wealth Management
Tracie Klein serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include oversight of the finance and accounting functions for Tolleson Wealth Management, Tolleson Private Wealth Management, and Tolleson Private Bank. Tracie manages the IT, Human Resources,and Facilities teams, as well as serves as Chairman of the IT Steering Committee. Tracie also serves as the SEC Chief Compliance Officer.
Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Tracie was First Vice President with Bank One for over ten years where she served in various accounting and finance roles. Most recently, Tracie managed the asset-backed securitization function, which represented over $35 billion of outstanding securities in credit cards, automobiles, and home equity loans. Prior to Bank One’s acquisition of First USA, Tracie served as controller for First USA and had responsibility for SEC filings and annual report preparation. Previously, Tracie was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young for thirteen years where she provided audit services for clients primarily in the financial services and real estate industries.
Tracie graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in accounting. Tracie is a Certified Public Accountant* and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
After growing up in Odessa, Texas, Tracie has resided in north Dallas for many years. Tracie enjoys spending time with her family at their property near Possum Kingdom Lake. Tracie is married with two sons.
