Tolleson Wealth Management Names its Bank President Rick Lafitte to Board of Directors

Tolleson Wealth Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Lafitte, President of Tolleson Private Bank, to serve on its Board of Directors. Lafitte leads the firm’s private bank offerings and relationships.

Tolleson Wealth Management’s Board of Directors regularly evaluates operations, utilizing the experience and perspective necessary to drive growth and provide all things financial for clients. The other seven members include: John C. Tolleson, Executive Chairman of Tolleson Wealth Management; Debbie Tolleson, President of Tolleson Family Foundation; Carter Tolleson, CEO of Tolleson Wealth Management; Richard Joyner, President of Tolleson Wealth Management; Eric W. Bennett, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Tolleson Wealth Management; Pamela Patsley, former CEO and Chairman of MoneyGram International, Inc.; and Dary Stone, President and CEO of R. D. Stone Interests. Gene Bishop, a former bank executive and Dallas community leader, served on the Board of Directors since the firm’s inception until his death in 2019.

As President of Tolleson Private Bank, Lafitte is responsible for leading the strategic growth of private bank offerings and relationships, serving as a liaison between the bank and the community. He brought more than 35 years in banking and financial services to this role, which included serving as senior vice president at several Dallas/Park Cities area banks. A graduate of Highland Park High School, Lafitte received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is also a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU.
