Chief Financial Officer
Tracie Klein, CPA*, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include oversight of the finance and accounting functions for the consolidated group, including Tolleson Private Bank. Tracie also serves as the SEC Chief Compliance Officer.
Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Tracie was First Vice President with Bank One serving in various accounting and finance roles for over ten years. Most recently, Tracie managed the asset backed securitization function which represented more than $35 billion of outstanding securities in credit cards, automobiles and home equity loans. Prior to Bank One’s acquisition of First USA, Tracie served as controller for First USA and had responsibility for SEC filings and annual report preparation. Additionally, Tracie was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, where she served audit clients primarily in the financial services and real estate industries for over thirteen years.
Tracie graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in accounting. Tracie is a Certified Public Accountant* and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
