Carter Tolleson Recognized in D Magazine’s Dallas 500 for Second Year

Tolleson Wealth Management’s Carter Tolleson is featured in the special edition of D CEO Magazine’s November issue. He is listed in the Dallas 500 Banking and Finance Section as one of the most powerful business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth for the second year in a row. Tolleson was nominated and chosen by the D Magazine editorial team after months of research and personal interviews. This personal and engaging look at powerful business leaders is highly selective and encompasses more than 60 business categories.

“The firm’s achievements are measured by how well it handles all things financial for client families,” explained Tolleson. “We have a tremendous amount of responsibility for the families we serve. I take that very seriously.”

Tolleson serves as CEO of the firm and oversees key strategic, marketing and policy determinations and oversees operations for all its lines of business. He is also responsible for all functions of Tolleson Private Bank, including Tolleson Private Trust, the firm’s Trust company and all credit decisions. He spoke with D Magazine about a recent proud moment, “We have implemented new technology for financial reporting. We also built a dedicated client bookkeeping and bill pay team.”
