This month’s Dallas Business Journal featured the top 30 women business leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Tolleson Wealth Management’s Dotti Reeder. Reeder leads alongside two Managing Directors on the firm’s Client Advisory Team. She spoke to the Dallas Business Journal about Tolleson Wealth Management’s reputation and how the firm successfully attracts clients by the ability to “simplify the complex.”

Reeder named “trust, transparency, strategy, solutions and execution” as the top factors for wealth managers in attracting and retaining clients. She also discussed the importance of family office services such as family education, as a resource to help educate clients that are faced with the complexities of wealth.

Tolleson Wealth Management is proud to celebrate Reeder’s recognition. She represents a role model in the workplace and is active in developing the firm’s young talent by participating in internal programs like reverse mentoring. Developing meaningful careers is a priority for the firm, especially when it comes to preparing women for leadership roles. This fall, Tolleson Wealth Management is facilitating an internal book study centered on how women rise in their profession to stimulate a deeper discussion around the topic of women’s leadership. Both women and men are encouraged to participate, and the goal is to underline the passion senior leaders – like Reeder – have for growing the next generation.
