A Message to Clients Regarding Operations

As we learn more about the local developments of the COVID-19 virus, we want to promote social distancing to protect the safety of our Tolleson Wealth Management team. As a result, we have asked most of our staff to work remotely beginning today (Tuesday, March 17). We will continue to operate in this manner through Sunday, March 29, and we will reassess our plans as circumstances evolve.

For everyone’s safety and protection, we have asked our client advisors to minimize in-person meetings and use conference calls or video conferencing wherever possible. Tolleson Private Bank will remain open during usual hours to meet your banking needs. Our investment and client advisory teams will continue to closely monitor developments in the financial markets and will recommend appropriate changes if needed.

We are equipped for remote operations and will continue to provide all of our regular services with the confidentiality and care as we do normally. For the next two weeks, it is possible that you will receive calls from your advisor’s cell phone rather than office phone.

Our unwavering commitment to providing you great service will continue to remain a top priority. We want to thank you for your patience as we all work through this public health crisis together.
