Tolleson Wealth Management hosts the first Leadership Symposium dedicated to learning, reflecting, and casting a vision for the future. Industry professionals taught and spoke to participants equipping each with new knowledge and experiences to strengthen their leadership journey and culture at the firm.

“Our goal in 2020 is to build upon the overall growth and progress made from previous years and now build the leadership capacity to sustain the growth that lies ahead,” says CEO Carter Tolleson. “In essence, we want to create a strong leadership culture that attracts, develops top talent, and works together to shape the future of Tolleson Wealth Management.”

As recognition of the firm’s 20-year anniversary, the Leadership Symposium expanded upon the annual Leadership Retreat to help incorporate a larger management group. Developing talent is important to Tolleson Wealth Management’s identity and vision. At the firm, development is viewed as a holistic process with learning systems that demonstrate the commitment made to engaging, rewarding, and growing each individual.
