Webinar on Texas Scientists’ Global Fight against COVID-19

We were fortunate to have Dr. Lauren Ancel Meyers and Dr. Jason McLellan join us last week to present on their frontline work in the global fight against COVID-19. Dr. Ancel Meyers provided an overview of her teams work on modeling different aspects of the pandemic, including their work in advising the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

Dr. Jason McLellan presented his work on creating the 3D atomic scale map of the virus that was used in the first human clinical trial of a vaccine and is being used by companies and researchers around the world to develop therapeutics.
