Chief Talent and Learning Officer Jeff Strese Speaks on Leadership at Pershing’s Insite Summer Conference
As Chief Talent and Learning Officer, Jeff Strese leads Tolleson Wealth Management by avidly investing in human capital programs and strategies for employee culture. In recognizing the need for growth around leadership, Strese has led the implementation of in-house professional and leadership training for employees the past four years. Other areas of focus for him include implementing an HR Business Partner model within the firm and an employee wellness program, among others.
Strese’s innovative methods around leadership development have gained attention as he was recently invited to speak at Pershing’s national INSITE Conference last month. His presentation on “Leadership Traits in Professionals’ engaged an audience of more than 100 business leaders from around the country, touching on topics such as talent management and development.
