InvestmentNews names Tolleson Wealth Management a 2021 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors

InvestmentNews published its annual Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors list this week featuring Tolleson Wealth Management for the fourth consecutive year. The selection is based on employer and employee surveys regarding culture, benefits, career paths, and more. The firm was chosen as one of this year’s 75 firms throughout the country.

“We are excited about the recognition on the 2021 Best Places to Work ranking,” said Tracie Klein, Chief Administrative Officer. “Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, our employees demonstrated strength, teamwork, and dedication to one another as well as our clients. The firm’s culture continues to evolve with the everchanging environment into new ways that grow and empower each employee.”

InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program.

“We’ve all seen the value of a great work culture over the past year, and InvestmentNews is excited to once again recognize those firms that are taking a lead in providing great financial advice and being a great place to work,” said George Moriarty, Chief Content Officer, InvestmentNews.

The rankings are based on data provided by over 4,000 of the nation’s most productive advisors. Factors included in the ranking: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice, philanthropic work, workplace policies, practices, demographics, and an internal survey designed to measure the employee experience. Winners are selected from a two-part survey completed by employers and employees. Scores from the employee survey represent three-quarters of the weight of the final rankings. To qualify as one of InvestmentNews Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors, an advice firm must have at least 15 employees and have been in business for one year. Winning companies are categorized into three categories: 15-29 employees, 30-49 employees, and 50+ employees. Tolleson Wealth Management ranked 22 out of 25 in the 50+ employees category. Tolleson Wealth Management participated in the internal survey to be included on this list and did not pay to participate. To learn more about awards and recognition, please visit here.
