President, Tolleson Private Bank
Rick Laffite is the President of Tolleson Private Bank. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s private banking services and relationships. He serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, Asset & Liability Committee and Credit Committee.
Rick joined the firm in 2019 with 35 years of experience in banking and financial services. Prior to his hire, Lafitte served as a senior vice president at several Dallas/Park Cities area banks, including LegacyTexas Bank, Bank of Texas and Northern Trust, where he focused on managing relationships with high net worth individuals for loan, deposit and investment management opportunities.
A graduate of Highland Park High School, Lafitte received his bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU. He is also very active in the community with both charitable and civic organizations, including serving on the board of The Easter Seals of Greater Dallas and The Clayton Dabney Foundation For Kids With Cancer.
