Our Process

Throughout the process, you'll have the chance to meet team members, gain insight into our culture, and explore what it's like to build a career at Tolleson. We encourage candidates to ask questions, get to know us, and determine whether our values, culture, and opportunities align with their professional goals. Below is an overview of what you can expect throughout the hiring process.

  • Submit Application

    The first step to becoming part of our team is to submit an application and resume. We will review your submission along with anything else you include.

  • Introductory Call

    If you seem like a good fit for the position, the next step is an introductory call. An HR representative will learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about us or the position.

  • Interviews

    After your first call, we may schedule virtual or in-person interviews. You could have an average of two to three rounds of interviews with different team members, giving you the opportunity to meet with leaders and potential co-workers. Conversations focus on skills, work history, and job responsibilities.

  • Background Checks

    Before an offer is extended, we conduct credit history and background checks. We uphold a high level of client and company confidentiality, and we ensure our team has integrity and a sound financial background.
