Introductory CallIf you seem like a good fit for the position, the next step is an introductory call. An HR representative will learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about us or the position.
InterviewsAfter your first call, we may schedule virtual or in-person interviews. You could have an average of two to three rounds of interviews with different team members, giving you the opportunity to meet with leaders and potential co-workers. Conversations focus on skills, work history, and job responsibilities.
Background ChecksBefore an offer is extended, we conduct credit history and background checks. We uphold a high level of client and company confidentiality, and we ensure our team has integrity and a sound financial background.
