Summer Analyst Program

Our primary opportunity for college students is the Tolleson Summer Analyst Program, a paid, in-person internship that introduces students to the collaborative nature of our business. Throughout the program, analysts work alongside professionals across multiple disciplines, gaining a broader understanding of how teams come together to serve clients and support the firm.

Timeline

We actively recruit for our internship programs throughout the year. For our summer programs, we begin our recruiting process in the fall. We accept applications from the beginning of September and close our process in mid-October.

Applications open each September for the following summer’s program. Interviews take place throughout the fall semester, with final decisions and offers typically communicated by mid-November.

Summer

Students spend 10 weeks in our office learning from experienced professionals and experiencing the collaborative culture that defines Tolleson. Along the way, analysts participate in professional development, community engagement, and networking opportunities designed to support their growth. Many students remain connected to Tolleson after the program, and some may be considered for future opportunities.
