A Message to Our Clients

Like you, we are monitoring the daily developments around the spread of the COVID-19 virus. While we have not experienced any issues to date, we are taking the appropriate steps to be fully prepared if that changes. As the situation evolves, our priorities are:

• The health and safety of our employees and client families;
• Continuous access to Tolleson advisors and bankers to meet client needs; and
• Regular and uninterrupted operations.

We want our clients to know that our offices and bank lobby are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly and regularly. We have asked employees to avoid any non-essential business travel and to report any travel to high-risk locations. We have communicated health guidelines to our staff and expanded policies to encourage any employees who are ill or at higher risk of infection to remain at home.

Tolleson Private Bank will remain open as usual to meet your banking needs. If you prefer not to travel to an office setting right now, we can also deliver cash, pick up deposits, or bring documents to you for signature. Online banking and online access to your accounts and information is readily available.

Our wealth management offices will remain open as well. If you plan to meet with your Tolleson Wealth Management team, you can let us know if you prefer to meet by a phone conference, a video conference, or a rescheduled meeting date or location. All of our employees can provide efficient and effective services remotely if for any reason they are temporarily unable to report to our offices. We are testing backups for all technology systems and operations regularly.

Senior management is actively monitoring developments as they occur, and we will notify our clients of any changes in our plans. We will communicate directly with clients and will also post updated information here on our website. We remain confident in our ability to provide for all of your financial needs.
