Christine M. Finn Named President of Tolleson Trust Company

Tolleson Wealth Management has named Christine M. Finn, J.D., as President of Tolleson Trust Company, the firm’s separately chartered Texas trust company and wholly owned subsidiary of Tolleson Private Bank. In this role, Christine will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the trust company, overseeing trustee and estate settlement services for the clients and families Tolleson serves.

Christine most recently served as Chief Fiduciary Officer and General Counsel of Tolleson Wealth Management, where she led the firm’s fiduciary practice and shaped its private trust and estate settlement offerings. Her appointment as President comes on the heels of the January 2026 launch of Tolleson Trust Company—a move that transformed the private trust department established in 2006 into a dedicated, separately chartered entity designed to serve the increasingly sophisticated needs of multigenerational families.

“Christine has been at the heart of our private trust team for more than a decade, and her judgment, expertise, and dedication to our clients make her the right leader for this next chapter,” said Carter Tolleson, CEO of Tolleson Wealth Management. “As trust and estate responsibilities have continued to evolve, establishing Tolleson Trust Company brings greater focus and clarity to work that has long been central to how we support families with all things financial. As President, Christine will continue to lead this area with the excellence and intention our team is known for.”

“It is an honor and a privilege to step into the role of President of Tolleson Trust Company at such a pivotal moment for our firm,” comments Christine. “We have always defined ourselves by serving our clients with integrity and stewardship. I believe this is what sets us apart and will continue to help us shape family legacies for years to come.”

Christine brings more than 20 years of legal and fiduciary experience to the role. Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, she served as a Legal Expert and Estate Planning Specialist for the Personal Trust Company and Private Client Group of Fidelity Investments, where she advised high-net-worth clients on wealth transfer, estate planning and asset protection strategies. She began her career as an attorney and rose to partner in the Trusts and Estates practices at Goldfinger & Lassar and Marcum LLP in New York City, specializing in complex trust agreements, wills, and estate planning documents focused on family wealth transfer and legacy preservation.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
