Lauren Williamson, Director on Tolleson’s Client Advisory Team, has been recognized as a recipient of the 2026 Young Professionals Award from The Family Wealth Alliance. The award recognizes emerging leaders across the family wealth industry who are making meaningful contributions to clients, colleagues, and the profession.
Since joining Tolleson in 2018, Lauren has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and collaborative leader. She serves as a primary advisor to families, helping clients navigate complex decisions with thoughtful guidance and a long-term perspective.
In addition to her client work, Lauren has played an important role in strengthening firm processes, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to career development initiatives across the organization. She is widely respected for her technical knowledge, integrated approach, and commitment to helping both clients and teams succeed.

Award Disclosures: Award winners were announced in July 2026 and had to be under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2026, and employed at an SFO, MFO, or established multifamily wealth practice. Nominees were judged based on an application and letter of support that demonstrated success in their careers and contributions to the industry. Recipients were selected by a panel of independent judges based on client service, firm impact, leadership, professional achievement, and personal character. A total of 20 honorees were named by Family Wealth Alliance to the 2026 class. Tolleson did not pay to participate in this award program.
