Employees Come Together for the Community with Tolleson Team Serves

As 2020 came to an end, service opportunities had just started from teams at Tolleson Wealth Management. Knowing that this holiday season looked very different for many families left employees feeling inspired to give back to their community. By creating and participating in a company-wide service project called ‘Tolleson Team Serves,’ each team department selected an organization to volunteer with and make a year-end impact.

Employees took part in both in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities, helping to support a variety of charities in the Dallas community. To celebrate employees and their donations, the firm hosted a virtual celebration and gave a donation to each organization. “Everyone was excited for the opportunity to give back to our community, especially during a time when so many organizations are in crisis due to COVID-19. Having a servant’s heart is part of our DNA at Tolleson Wealth Management, and it was amazing to see the entire firm come together to show that!” says Shiv Patel, Manager on the Client Advisory Team.

Here at Tolleson Wealth Management, we are thankful for our employees and their passion to serve the community. Over the six-week service project, 94 employees across 14 departments volunteered their time to serve 14 local organizations.
