The firm’s culture continues to evolve with the everchanging environment into new ways that grow and empower each employee.”
InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program.

The rankings are based on data provided by over 4,000 of the nation’s most productive advisors. Factors included in the ranking: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice, philanthropic work, workplace policies, practices, demographics, and an internal survey designed to measure the employee experience. Winners are selected from a two-part survey completed by employers and employees. Scores from the employee survey represent three-quarters of the weight of the final rankings. To qualify as one of InvestmentNews Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors, an advice firm must have at least 15 employees and have been in business for one year. Winning companies are categorized into three categories: 15-29 employees, 30-49 employees, and 50+ employees. Tolleson Wealth Management ranked 22 out of 25 in the 50+ employees category. Tolleson Wealth Management participated in the internal survey to be included on this list and did not pay to participate. To learn more about awards and recognition, please visit here.
