Jennifer Wagoner Kirksey Named Deputy Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to recognize the promotion of Jennifer Wagoner Kirksey to Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management. A rising leader in the fintech industry, she is a driving force behind Tolleson’s commitment to embracing innovative technology and delivering a seamless experience to clients. By creating operational efficiencies, Tolleson continues to seek increased modern implementations across all its platforms.

Jennifer currently leads two critical teams within Tolleson. The first team oversees client reporting, investment partnership activity, and custody, while the second team is responsible for client bill pay, bookkeeping, and cash flow statement preparation. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Trust Committee, Risk Committee, and SEC Compliance Committee.

In 2022, Jennifer won the “Women in Wealth Technology” Award presented by Family Wealth Report for her professional contributions. The award recognizes top women in fintech who are inspiring leaders in the industry.

Jennifer’s promotion to this newly created role represents a milestone in Tolleson’s operational growth, not only from a service delivery perspective, but also in career growth. Before her promotion to Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer was Managing Director of Wealth Operations. She started her career with Tolleson in 2003 as an entry-level Performance Reporting Analyst after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. This promotion is her sixth promotion during her career with Tolleson.
