Managing Director Rachael Reese Wins 2022 Family Wealth Alliance Young Professionals Award

Family Wealth Alliance recognized Rachael Reese, a Managing Director on the Client Advisory Team at Tolleson Wealth Management, with the 2022 Family Wealth Alliance Young Professionals Award.

Family Wealth Alliance searched for the top young professionals under 40 in the family wealth industry who showcased “a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance.” This award is intended to recognize the industry’s rising starts who demonstrate success in their careers and make meaningful contributions to the industry.

Nominee applications were judged on a variety of criteria, including their insights into the industry, introspective reflections and considerations, and demonstrated impact.

The 2022 Family Wealth Alliance Young Professionals Award was judged by a panel of third-party judges. All judges agree to recuse themselves from discussing and voting on nominations with which he/she could be perceived as having a conflict of interest. Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2022, be employed at a SFO, MFO, or established multifamily wealth practice. Nominations had to be submitted by May 6, 2022. Nominees were scored on three criteria, equally weighted and average together to calculate an overall score.
