Giving back to the communities where we live is an essential part of company culture here at Tolleson. Every year, our team has the privilege to volunteer through Tolleson Team Serves, a company-wide initiative in which each department collaborates with a local nonprofit partner to complete a service project.

In 2023, Tolleson employees volunteered at 13 nonprofit organizations that are doing meaningful work around the metroplex. From supporting families experiencing homelessness at Austin Street Center to nurturing urban agriculture at Bonton Farms, our team members enjoyed connecting with and serving alongside people who do critical work for our communities day in and day out.

“Philanthropy is a key component to Tolleson’s mission. As a firm, we embed service in our culture, as volunteering creates a sense of belonging and camaraderie, and directly impacts individuals in our community,” shares Amy Barton, Director of Philanthropy and a board member at Tolleson’s community partner Bonton Farms.

We’re thrilled to announce that collectively, Tolleson team members donated $32,500 to these incredible organizations as a result of their 2023 service.

Thank you to all who participated and helped make Tolleson Team Serves 2023 a resounding success!
