Tolleson Wealth Management Presents On My Own Time Program to Showcase Employee Art
In partnership with Business Council of the Arts, Tolleson Wealth Management presented an On My Own Time gallery to showcase employees’ artistic talents. On My Own Time is a regional art program that is “the only annual art competition to feature artistic talents of business professionals throughout the region.” In an effort to encourage art and culture, the Firm participated in the program to encourage creativity and artistic engagement in the work place. Per On My Own Time’s mission, all the art was created on the employee’s own time and brought in for display at the office.
“On My Own Time offers Tolleson Wealth Management employees a unique opportunity to showcase their artistic talents and we are honored to celebrate these accomplishments both in and outside of work,” said Katie Botik, Director of Human Resources and Communications. “We believe our employees make this firm a true masterpiece.”
The exhibit lasted one month, concluding with a reception to honor the artists and works moving on to the regional display. Five employee visual art pieces will move on to the program’s regional display at NorthPark Center from September 23 until October 4. Art from employees was submitted in photography, canvas, paper, computer art and mixed media categories.
