Tolleson Wealth Management Recognized at First Annual Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors Awards
The first-ever Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors list was published earlier this year, featuring Tolleson Wealth Management. InvestmentNews hosted the 50 honorees for a panel discussion and luncheon in Chicago this past week.
During the panel discussion, InvestmentNews stressed the importance of building a sustainable advisory business and becoming a place where people want to learn and grow. They presented trends in culture, leadership and compensation. They commended the winning firms in attendance for achieving in these areas.
Tolleson Wealth Management was honored based on firm-wide initiatives to enhance employee culture and incentives. Employees are encouraged to take paid time off to volunteer at nonprofits, as the firm supports a wide range of organizations in the community. The rankings are based on data provided by over 4,000 of the nation’s most productive advisors. Factors included in the rankings: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice and philanthropic work.
