Alta Mantsch
Alta Mantsch, CRCM, is Executive Vice President of Bank Operations and Compliance at Tolleson Private Bank. She provides strategic direction for the teams responsible for the oversight and optimization of daily operations and regulatory compliance of the Bank, as well as spearheads the Bank’s community development team to foster community engagement throughout the Dallas area. She also serves on the bank’s Trust Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Credit Committee, and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) Committee, as well as Tolleson Wealth Management’s Risk Committee and IT Governance Committee.
Prior to joining Tolleson, Alta was the Senior Vice President of Compliance at Pegasus Bank. In this role she aided in the growth of the successful community bank through her development of a robust compliance and Anti-Money Laundering program. With more than 25 years of financial institution experience, Alta has also served in other regulatory compliance management, risk management, and operational roles, as well as in branch management in various credit unions.
Alta Mantsch received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas and holds the designation of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. Alta also has actively supported several financial wellness initiatives and affordable housing programs throughout Dallas, and currently serves with several nonprofit organizations, including the Wesley Rankin Community Center Aspiring Professionals Advisory Team. She holds a board position with The Real Estate Council’s Community Investors, a Community Development Financial Institution in Dallas, and was appointed Chairwoman for Builders of Hope Community Development Corporation.
