As Chief Fiduciary Officer of Private Trust for Tolleson Private Bank, Christine M. Finn, J.D., is responsible for oversight and management of Tolleson Private Trust and all its relationships. She currently serves on the Trust Committee, Trust Investment Committee, and Risk Committee.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Christine was a Legal Expert and Estate Planning Specialist for the Personal Trust Company and Private Client Group of Fidelity Investments. In this role, she provided guidance on efficient wealth transfer strategies involving thoughtful financial and estate planning, tax minimization and asset protection to high net worth clients. Christine began her career as an attorney and rose to partner in the Trust and Estates Practice at the firms of Goldfinger & Lassar and Marcum LLP, located in New York City. During her time in private practice, Christine specialized in drafting complex trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents all aimed at family wealth transfer and legacy preservation.
Christine graduated from Binghamton University in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006 and is licensed in New York and Texas.
