Daniel Garcia is Vice President and Community Lending Officer at Tolleson Private Bank. He leads community lending initiatives that help expand access to homeownership and financial resources for individuals and families. Daniel also works with nonprofits and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) to help bridge financing gaps in the communities they serve.

Before joining Tolleson, Daniel held leadership roles in both banking and the nonprofit sector, where he built lending programs and partnerships focused on strengthening local communities. He has served on HUD’s Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. Daniel currently serves as Chairman of the Board for CityBuild CDC, a subsidiary of Bonton Farms; Chair of the Housing Committee for the North Texas Regional Housing Consortium; and a member of the Marketing Committee for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Dallas Chapter.

Daniel attended Texas State Technical College. He has been active in community service throughout his career, supporting organizations dedicated to affordable housing and community development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working out, and gaming.
