Lacey McCoy
Lacey McCoy, JD, is a Senior Vice President and Director for Tolleson Trust Company. As part of Tolleson’s Private Trust Team, Lacey assists in the management and oversight of fiduciary accounts where the Company is named as trustee, executor, co-fiduciary, or agent. She works closely with clients and advisors to help ensure a family’s goals and planning are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of their wealth.
Prior to joining Tolleson, Lacey practiced estate planning and probate law in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where she advised clients on complex estate planning strategies and handled probate cases. Her legal experience provides valuable insight into fiduciary responsibilities and the intricacies of trust and estate administration.
Lacey received a business degree from Sam Houston State University and earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School. During law school, she developed a love for trust and estate planning when volunteering at Baylor Law’s Estate Planning Clinic. She is currently a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Estate Planning Council. She attended the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers 2023-2024 Leadership Class. Outside of work, Lacey enjoys reading and cooking.
