Mark Foxworth is Chief Credit Officer at Tolleson Private Bank. He oversees the bank’s credit function, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit policy, and credit administration. In this role, Mark works closely with lending and executive leadership to support a disciplined credit culture and thoughtful growth across the bank. He also serves as a member of the Credit Committee and Asset Liability Committee.

Prior to joining Tolleson, Mark held leadership roles in commercial and small business banking with responsibilities spanning credit underwriting, portfolio risk management, and lending operations. Over the course of his career, he has helped strengthen credit organizations through process development, team leadership, and risk oversight. His experience includes advising on complex commercial and private banking relationships and partnering with lenders to structure financing solutions that support client objectives. He is also an active participant in industry education and professional development programs, including the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.

Mark earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Tyler. He serves as a Credit Committee Member for Texas Mezzanine Fund, a CDFI lender focused on supporting small business growth and economic development throughout Texas. Mark also participates in advanced banking education through the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He resides in the Dallas area with his family.
