Patrick Strollo
Patrick J. Strollo III, CFA, is Director of Fixed Income at Tolleson Wealth Management. In this role, he leads the firm’s fixed income strategy, portfolio construction, and in-house bond management efforts across taxable and tax-exempt mandates. He is responsible for credit research, security selection, trading oversight, and risk management, with a focus on delivering customized solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Patrick also evaluates and monitors third-party fixed income managers, contributes to investment strategy development, and helps shape the firm’s portfolio positioning and market outlook. As a member of the investment team, he contributes to the firm’s investment process through research, collaboration, and mentorship.
Prior to joining Tolleson, Patrick served as Head of Credit Research and Portfolio Manager at Bel Air Investment Advisors, where he led research, portfolio management, and risk oversight for municipal, corporate, Treasury, and cash management strategies. Previously, he was Vice President and Investment Officer at Richard K. Mellon & Sons, managing multi-asset class portfolios for family and foundation clients. Patrick also spent nearly 16 years at Federated Hermes, ultimately serving as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for municipal bond funds and a broad range of tax-exempt, taxable, corporate, and sovereign fixed income investments. He began his career as a municipal credit analyst and has advanced through leadership roles spanning credit research, portfolio management, investment strategy, and team development.
Patrick earned a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Virginia Tech Honors College and Pamplin School of Business, graduating Cum Laude and completing a minor in Global Business. He is a CFA charterholder.
