Tracie Klein, CPA*, serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include oversight of human resources, facilities, and office management departments. Tracie also serves as the SEC Chief Compliance Officer and is Chairman of the firm’s Risk Committee. Prior to assuming her current responsibilities, Tracie served as Chief Financial Officer for the consolidated group.

Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Tracie was First Vice President with Bank One serving in various accounting and finance roles for more than ten years. Most recently, Tracie managed the asset backed securitization function which represented more than $35 billion of outstanding securities in credit cards, automobiles, and home equity loans. Prior to Bank One’s acquisition of First USA, Tracie served as controller for First USA and had responsibility for SEC filings and annual report preparation. Additionally, Tracie was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, where she served audit clients primarily in the financial services and real estate industries for more than 13 years.

Tracie graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in accounting. Tracie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA*) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
