Executive Assistants Named Finalists for Dallas Admin Awards

Three Tolleson Wealth Management Executive Assistants named finalists in the 2017 Dallas Admin Awards, an award event organized to honor the contributions of Administrative Professionals. Jacquie Braz, Lily Salinas and Lisa Trammell were all nominated by members of the Tolleson Wealth Management leadership team who highly valued their daily efforts.

Jacquie Braz is a finalist for The Loyalty Award, designed to honor a long history of service in the profession. Jacquie works closely with Chief Financial Officer Tracie Klein on a day-to-day basis to ensure the department functions in a highly effective manner.

“I have known and worked for [CFO] Tracie for more than 20 years, with 13 of them here at Tolleson,” Jacquie explained. “I am humbled by everyone who nominated me for this award.”

Lily Salinas is a finalist for The Spirit Award, which celebrates administrative professionals with consistently uplift and create a positive influence in the workplace. Lily works with three Managing Directors on Tolleson Wealth Management’s Client Advisory Team, coordinating information requests for client investment accounts and other business activities in addition to providing concierge services and other account assistance.

“I consider myself to have a ‘servant’s heart’ which is the sole foundation for everything that I do within the firm,” Lily said. “It is my sole purpose to help where needed, to promote a positive outlook within the firm and to always carry myself in a manner that promotes and describes our company culture as well as our values.”

Lisa Trammell is a finalist for The Above the Call Award, an award honoring administrative professionals that go beyond what is asked of them to deliver an exceptional experience in all interactions. Lisa works closely with Chief Executive Officer Carter Tolleson and is directly responsible for scheduling, organizing and preparing the firm’s monthly board meetings in addition to serving as a direct contact for Tolleson Private Bank clients.

“I love to evoke a teamwork atmosphere and I have a deep passion for client service,” said Lisa. “It is such a privilege to be included in this group of highly regarded individuals and even more special to be one of the representatives from Tolleson!”
